Overview: The IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is responsible for provide system development and business-related services. BRM functions has the mandate to establish and maintaining a relationship between IT areas, business stakeholders, and vendors to increase the value realized from IT assets, investments, and capabilities. The IT BRM is responsible for understanding the business, assisting in the prioritization of projects, ensuring alignment with the technology objectives and providing maximum return on investment, and directing IT strategy in support of the overall business strategy. The manager is a liaison between IT and the business units, and a trusted advisor to the business units. **Responsibilities**: - Develop and manage the relationship between and internal and external partners (business units, service providers). - For the IT Global area, develop technology strategies that align within the overall business strategy. - Identify and leverage Global IT synergy potentials across Teleperformance business unit. - Drive Service Level Agreement (SLA) negotiations to enhance value to the clients. - Understand the IT solutions offered by the area, overall solution delivery to enhance the communication with the external and internal stakeholders. - Prepare cost-benefit analyses for projects and assist business stakeholders in prioritizing projects submitted. - Work with stakeholders, internal IT areas and vendors to prioritize TP IT related requirements. - Participate in the IT annual budgeting and planning process for the assigned business units, and tracks IT spend. Decision Making Author Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing communication, or related field. - 2+ years in business relationship processes within IT or BPO industry. - 2+ years of experience as a relationship leader, in customer service or IT industry - BRM, PMP, Prince2 (Desired) - English level proficiency (B2/C1) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in Citrix/VMWare
