Job Title: Application Security Engineer The role will be accountable for: Conducting periodic Application Penetration testing in line with contractual agreements for NewCo (WH) clients in LATAM, Brazil, and Colombia regions. Performing Application Security assessments for NewCo (WH) critical and revenue-impacting products, providing detailed reports and recommendations to meet compliance thresholds and prevent penalties. Collaborating with the GPO team to prepare Application Security assessments for NewCo (WH) products ahead of go-to-market launches. Ensuring client applications adhere to industry-specific compliance requirements such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, and LGPD. Classifying vulnerabilities based on severity and risk, prioritizing issues related to data breaches, financial loss, or service disruptions. Monitoring emerging threats and attack trends, integrating this intelligence into penetration testing processes. Preparing metrics, detailed reports, artifacts, executive summaries, and dashboards for leadership review. Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices through technology watch. Collaborating with application, business, and corporate stakeholders to provide guidance and remediation support.
