A leading company in the health sector, committed to excellence in pharmaceutical care nationwide, is looking for an ACCOUNTING AND TAX COORDINATOR in Bucaramanga, to join our team of professionals. We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in the management of accounting information and review of the adequate record of the company's economic operations, in compliance with tax and IFRS regulations. Preferably, we are looking for a Professional in Public Accounting with a postgraduate degree in Taxes, Finance, Administration or Economics. Responsibilities - Control the daily operations of the company's accounting (Purchases, Sales, Payroll, Settlements, Vacations, etc.). Ensure that the personnel in charge carry out the usual tasks of registration, review and operational support in accounting matters in an appropriate manner. - Execute tax reports to national, departmental and municipal tax entities, regarding information from the accounting system. Audit and guarantee the correct application of taxes in the company's operations. - Comply with the schedule of the company's monthly, bimonthly and annual tax obligations for presentation and payment to the tax authorities. - Attend and resolve tax queries made by the various areas to evaluate the impact on the company. Maintain updated information on municipal and district agreements, calendars, and fiscal and tax legal documents, in addition to reporting changes in rates, contributions, and rates. - Communicate and train company personnel on issues related to changes in tax regulations that affect operations. - Supervise the recording of accounting operations in accordance with accounting regulations and principles. - Direct the staff in charge and establish improvements in work methods. Audit accounting notes. - Opening of accounting receipts in each accounting software. - Supervise the performance of the QMS processes for which you are responsible. - Supervise the functions and productivity of the personnel under your charge.
