**Position Summary**: Quantum Outsourcing Group is seeking an experienced **Operations Manager** (Employee Leasing) to lead and manage all aspects of client operations for our new outsourcing clients. This role will be responsible for creating efficient processes, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining orderly operations, and managing teams of at least 30 employees. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and facilitating their growth in collaboration with Quantum Outsourcing Group’s resources and cross-functional teams. **Responsibilities**: - **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and goals, and driving satisfaction and retention. - **Process Creation and Management**: Establish efficient processes to ensure seamless client onboarding, setup, and ongoing operations. - **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations. Serve as the primary contact for technical escalations and account management, facilitating communication between the client and internal departments. - **Team Leadership**: Manage and oversee a team of 30+ employees dedicated to supporting client accounts, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. - **Strategic Growth Support**: Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and new solutions that align with their business needs. - **KPI Management**: Meet and exceed KPIs related to client interactions, retention, revenue, and other relevant metrics. **Requirements**: - Advanced English proficiency, C1+. - Experience in BPO, or outsourcing industries is highly preferred. - Proven experience in Account Management or Operations, with a strong background in client relationship building and retention. - Ability to lead and manage a team of 30+ employees effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across all levels of an organization. - Strategic, detail-oriented mindset, able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage client expectations effectively.
