**About this opportunity**: We are now looking for a Solution Architect on Core Network (working for 3G/4G/5G Packet Core on legacy and virtualized environment) to work into Customer Support Organization. You will typically interact with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers, Service Delivery Managers, and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also interact with groups in R&D;, 3rd party suppliers and local authorities. **What you will do**: - Working with assigned Customer Service Requests (CSR), using support tools and according to support processes and procedures. - Analyze problems and identify suitable solutions to these problems. - Fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks. - Through contact with external customers capture data and information about any specific problem that has been reported to Ericsson. - Support deployment of Solutions - Work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers of Ericsson. - You may have the opportunity to travel internationally and work in different cultural environments. - Long-term work with Cloud-based Ericsson solutions. **You will bring**: - Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering or equivalent. Min years of experience: 10 years in the telecommunication industry. - Domain experience: Packet Core 3G/4G/5G, Cloud Infra, IP networking, 3GPP call flow analysis. - Technical understanding of Cloud, Virtualization, and Virtual Machines internetworking - Capability on Cloud native technologies (microservices/containers/dockers/Kubernetes) would be a plus. - Knowledge of Linux system, scripting, Open stack - Good communication and team working as well as intercultural skills - Delivering results & meeting customer expectations - You will need excellent planning and organizing skills. - Should be fluent English and Spanish. **Skill Areas**: - Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, persuading & influencing Skills, Leading & supervising, planning & organizing. - Business understanding, consultative selling skills, customer and market insight, project management skills. **Why join Ericsson?** At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity!
