The Product Designer plays a crucial role at the intersection of development, product, and user experience, ensuring that digital products effectively address real user needs while optimizing resources and minimizing risks during development. Responsibilities Design digital products that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with business and technical objectives Conduct research to identify and define problems, integrating solutions into a broader strategic system Apply a mix of technical skills, strategic thinking, and collaboration to solve complex challenges affecting both users and the business Prioritize user experience with data-driven decisions, continuously validating designs through research and measurement Work autonomously, making decisions and fostering team collaboration Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve designs Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation Iterate on designs based on user feedback and business needs Maintain and contribute to the design system Stay up to date with the latest design trends and best practices Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless user experience and consistent content across platforms Requirements 5+ years of experience in product design Background in UX Design, Graphic Design, Advertising, or Sociology Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problems Experience working with complex dashboards and analytics tools (preferred) Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Excellent teamwork, feedback, and communication skills Experience working with technical and business profiles Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows Ability to conduct user research and usability testing Strong visual design skills, including typography, color, and layout Experience working with design systems and component libraries Excellent communication and collaboration skills Nice to have Spanish and intermediate English Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies As per the laws of your country.
