We're seeking an experienced Level 3 Technical Support Specialist to provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex IT issues across enterprise systems. In this role, you'll act as the final escalation point within the support team, working across infrastructure, cloud platforms, and security to ensure operational excellence. You'll also participate in infrastructure upgrades and system integration projects, making a direct impact on the reliability and performance of global IT services. This is a full-time remote role with a long-term engagement and a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Accountabilities: Serve as the final escalation point for technical issues escalated from Level 1 and 2 support teams Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems involving software, hardware, and networking components Maintain and support core enterprise environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and other security appliances Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute infrastructure upgrades, patching, and migrations Create and maintain accurate documentation for IT systems, processes, and support guidelines Requirements Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher) to ensure clear communication with international teams Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a Level 3 role Strong expertise in Windows operating systems (client and server editions) Solid understanding of network security, including firewalls and VPNs Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (certifications are a plus) Proficiency in database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL Familiarity with virtualization tools like VMware or Hyper-V Scripting ability in PowerShell, Bash, or Python is a bonus Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills Benefits Competitive salary paid in USD 100% remote work setup Independent contractor agreement with Venon Solutions LLC Long-term contract with growth potential Two weeks of paid time off (PTO) Holidays aligned with the North American calendar Full-time working hours based on EST timezone Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.
