At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong. **We are searching for the best talent for the Medical Manager Immunology to be in Bogota, Colombia** **Your main responsibilities will be**: - Managing a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. - Assisting with external stakeholder management, scientific communications, evidence generation, publications, and medical education activities - Defining standards for the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with applicable requirements. - Developing tactical and operational plans to aid in the creation of promotional and non-promotional materials, including publications, scientific or technical literature, and training, education, and disease-state awareness materials. - Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets. - Integrating Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making. **Qualifications**: - MD is desirable - Deep knowledge of drug development process, including clinical epidemiology, randomized controlled trials, and publication plans - 3-5 Years Work Experience as Medical Manager, preferred in pharma industry ideally in Medical Affairs with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant area, proven track record of leading people with complex accountabilities and broad experience working with teams outside of medical affairs - Communication and presentation skills - Business acumen - Teamwork, negotiation, coaching and influencing skills - able to work effectively in a matrix - Proven capability in attracting and developing talent to support future succession needs - Deep understanding in healthcare and medical compliance - Proven capacity to work through complexity, difficulty, and adverse situations with agility and adaptability - Previous Medical Affairs Manager experience or similar level desirable - Awareness of, and adherence to, Johnson & Johnson Credo values - Deep scientific knowledge according to business/regulatory needs
