The Banner Student Senior Consultant will support all aspects of implementation, leading processes, contributing to solution design, adoption of best practices, and supporting the configuration, conversion, training, testing, and deployment of our solution.Higher education clients are transforming into modern campuses while leveraging technology and solutions to enable student success. In this mission-critical role, you will partner with our clients to help enable their transformation and ensure the successful adoption of our solutions.Where you'll have an impactProactively prepare to deliver high-quality services with a willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies that evolve as technology and implementation methodology mature.Leadership within the consulting team.Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to bridge the gap between the functional and technical aspects of Ellucian solutions and the client's business objectives.Guide clients in adopting performance improvement, transformation, and modernization and remediate issues that impede client excellence, executing all activities with precision and professionalism to ensure successful implementations.Collaborate with Professional Services teammates on process improvement, the use and maintenance of service artifacts, and the maturation and promotion of best practices.Coach within the team on consultant training processes.Success will be measured by client satisfaction, the achievement of project objectives, and utilization goals.What you'll bringAt least 5 years of experience in higher education institutions is required.At least 6 years of experience with Banner Students, including implementation work.At least 5 years of consulting experience.Willingness to increase knowledge of Ellucian solutions.Ability to communicate and present to team stakeholders, as well as project leaders, both internally and externally.
