Job Description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager for Strategic Accounts focused on Next Gen AI solutions to drive revenue growth through tailored marketing programs. This role will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies for key accounts, including account intelligence, demand generation, reputation management, and sales enablement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with sales and Rev Marketing leadership to select high-potential accounts, develop data-driven marketing plans, and deliver impactful programs that support cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing programs for Next Gen AI Strategic Accounts to drive revenue growth. Plan and implement various marketing initiatives such as account intelligence gathering, demand creation, reputation support, and sales enablement. Support sales and ABM leadership in selecting appropriate candidate accounts for targeted marketing efforts and provide ongoing data and insights on these accounts. Enhance account penetration and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Translate sales objectives into marketing support plans and engagement strategies. Lead regular account check-ins with account executives to ensure alignment on goals, key contacts, and account strategies. Develop co-marketing plans with MTDC, telecom, and industrial accounts to support revenue targets. Manage local elements of the customer account database and key roles within these accounts. Ensure proper lead assignment and follow-up from marketing programs into the sales qualification process. Participate in planning and execution of customer events, trade shows, webinars, and related activities. Manage marketing budgets effectively and report on operational performance. Support market research activities to gather competitive intelligence, industry trends, and customer insights. Qualifications Proficiency in leveraging data for marketing planning. Experience in demand generation driven by sales and marketing efforts. Strong communication skills (oral and written). Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing effectiveness (ROI, customer acquisition, retention). Industry experience in technology or IT is highly desirable. Understanding of marketing's role in the sales cycle and product positioning. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Eloqua, Oracle Sales Cloud, Sprinklr, Wrike). Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. 7-10 years of marketing experience, with a focus on strategic accounts preferred.
