What You'll Do At BCG Platinion, you will advise on IT issues, focusing on migrating to SAP S/4HANA amidst the end-of-life of ECC. You will address questions related to the transition's business benefits, architecture implications, and alternative solutions. You will collaborate with colleagues from Platinion and BCG on local and international projects, developing ERP and application architecture strategies and roadmaps, applying your technical and process expertise, and embodying the BCG Platinion spirit. What You'll Bring Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or related fields. 3–6 years in strategic ERP, HCM, CRM, SCM, Planning, or Manufacturing projects. Experience with Greenfield and Brownfield projects. Industry expertise in Oil & Gas, Energy, Heavy Industry, or Manufacturing. Strong knowledge of S/4HANA modules, SAP industry solutions, add-ons, and analytical tools. Hands-on experience with end-to-end ERP processes. Familiarity with SAP analytics tools and successful SAP implementations. Skills & Competencies: Analytical and conceptual skills, teamwork, communication, presentation skills, goal alignment, fluency in English and/or Arabic, customer focus, results orientation.
