Contract Role – .NET / Blazor Mobile App Developer Contract Type: Full-time Contractor Duration: 6–12 months with potential extension You must be comfortable with ENGLISH written and verbal communication Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking .NET Developer with proven experience in Blazor and a strong interest and capability in leveraging AI tools to drive development speed, automation, and productivity. This role is central to the evolution of our Mobile App, a strategic platform for empowering our independent sales force with tools, education, and data that drive their daily success. The ideal candidate is not just a coder but a problem-solver and collaborator, with a track record of building performant, scalable web applications and applying AI in meaningful, practical ways within the development process or in product features. Key Responsibilities Work as part of a cross-functional product team to enhance and evolve our Distributor Mobile App (built using Blazor and .NET). Collaborate with product and UX teams to implement AI-powered features such as smart nudges, predictive tasking, and conversational prompts that guide distributor behavior. Apply AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, custom LLMs, automation scripts) to accelerate development, debugging, and testing processes. Build reusable components and optimize application performance across devices and platforms. Creates and maintains automated tests (unit, integration, and/or end-to-end) to ensure feature reliability and protect against regressions throughout the development lifecycle. Contribute to a healthy team dynamic by communicating clearly, managing tasks independently, and participating in code reviews and agile ceremonies. Required Skills 5+ years of professional software development experience Expert in C# / .NET Core / Blazor Solid understanding of REST APIs, client-server architecture, and modern front-end frameworks Proven experience integrating or leveraging AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, etc.) in development workflows or product capabilities Comfortable working in Azure DevOps / Git, agile teams, and remote environments Preferred Skills Experience with AI-driven personalization, chatbots, or predictive analytics Familiarity with mobile optimization strategies and progressive web apps (PWAs) What Success Looks Like Rapid onboarding and contribution to high-priority features Thoughtful integration of AI capabilities that enhance user experience or team efficiency Active participation in improving team velocity and product quality We suggest that the candidate demonstrate how they incorporate AI into their daily tasks — for example, by using tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Grok — as the management team is very enthusiastic about AI initiatives.
