Here’s what you need to know about this position: THE WORK - Design marketing assets across formats: landing pages, ads, short-form videos, social graphics, and web visuals - Create polished, on-brand presentations in Google Slides and Power Point - Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and project leads to bring concepts to life - Contribute to video projects: storyboarding, visual design, light animation, and editing - Apply brand guidelines with consistency while introducing fresh, modern design solutions - Iterate quickly in response to feedback and shifting priorities - Stay current with creative trends, digital formats, and AI-powered design tools NEEDED EXPERTISE - 3+ years in digital or creative design roles within an agency or high-paced marketing environment - Strong portfolio featuring marketing-focused work: campaigns, ads, decks, landing pages, short-form video - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) - Confident in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital and presentation formats - Experience with Webflow or HTML5 ad tools (like Adobe Animate) is a plus - Familiar with tools like Descript, Goldcast, or creative automation platforms like Bannerflow - Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple fast-moving projects OUR BENEFITS & PERKS - We pay in USD on a platform that allows you to convert, allocate and disburse your salary as you want and into almost any currency that you choose. - Paid Company Holidays. - Medical, Safety, & Wellness benefits - Free live business language classes - …and more perks being added each quarter Interested?
