The Opportunity As a Commercial Field Supervisor you will be responsible for our brands image and sell out results in Travel Retail points of sale in Central America & North of South America. You will report to the Area Manager responsible of the region and will interface internally with the commercial, marketing, education, retail design teams, and externally with the clients and retailers. Your mission will be to ensure the perfect execution of each account strategy to achieve sellout growth and consumer experience through efficient sales team and POS management, while providing information to the commercial management team for optimal account administration. You will also be accountable for active discovering and communicating business opportunities in your area. What you'll get to do Team Management: - Manage the team member’s assigned to our brands per door/retailer. - Define monthly sell-out targets - Define min/ max to ensure sufficient stock level - Collect monthly sell-out feedback - Recruitment & Welcoming, Onboarding, Pre-Training - Shift review & monitor retailer’s invoices on sales teams - Performance objectives & appraisal meetings, in cooperation with Retailer - Conduct regular tracking of competition - Create team building / belonging / motivation - Transmit business strategies to teams - Educate on grooming guidelines Training: - Provide Formal Training, Flash Training and 1:1 Coaching when required - Provide feedback to adapt the training to the needs of the region in compliance with group’s guidelines POS - Analysis and Report of POS/Airport to provide resources, support decisions for optimal account management - Conduct regular store visits (agenda, visit requests, preparation, pictures, reporting & follow-up) - Tracking of competition, prices, permanent spaces - Furniture status & maintenance reports - Implement and adapt in-store merchandising guidelines (reflecting Sell-Out needs) Animations - Animation request according to deadlines, Implementation of promotion procedures, Execution & follow-up - Contacting hostess agencies for extra staff & monitor temporary sales team’s Budget - Organization of incentive activities - Execution of sales support activities & follow up (recruitment, etc.) Launches/ Assortment - Ensure assortment is matching the door needs - Correct price implementation - Communication of marketing plan / guidelines / product availabilities to BR - Contribute to Forecasting (CPS) process We'd love to meet you if you have - Experience of 4 - 5 years in similar functions or related activities, such as sales, marketing, retail, etc. where the main objective has been to drive sales, brand and/or consumer experience. Previous experience in Luxury and/or Travel Retail is a plus. Previous experience in a Travel Ratail operation is also considered a plus. - Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or similar discipline. - Excellent command of Spanish and English, both verbally and in written. - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Relations skills. - High Organization, Time Management and Priority Setting Skills. - Multicultural sensitivity/awareness to maintain positive relations with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds. - Analytical skills to assess situations, identify opportunities and propose solutions. - Creative, resourceful and goal oriented. - Ability to manage a team by setting SMART objectives, provide feedback and coach individuals for development. - Able to travel extensively (50% of the time) internationally.
