About The Role We're seeking an experienced Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to design and develop scalable, reusable frontend and backend solutions that align with our product roadmap. You'll drive automation and innovation, identifying opportunities for AI integration to streamline operations and enhance user experience. You'll lead by example in encouraging and implementing engineering best practices across the team, improving maintainability, security, and performance while reducing technical debt and ensuring dependencies are up to date. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to drive innovation and ensure seamless execution of projects. Engage with other departments to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the product development process. What We're Looking For - At least 3 years of professional coding experience with Ruby on Rails. - Knowledge of TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React, Next.js, and React Query. - Experience in designing, developing, and documenting REST APIs and implementing automated testing (especially unit tests). - A strong interest in automation and AI, with some professional experience being a plus. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
