We are looking for an extremely organized, detail-oriented, adaptive, and resourceful Executive Assistant who will provide operational assistance to our team and support our CEO. You will be reporting to the CEO directly. **Responsibilities**: - General Administrative Tasks - Basic HR Functions: collecting timesheets, creating job postings, recruitment, setting up interviews, and on-boarding functions - Community Manager: creating content, managing performance of the same, and engaging with the online community members - Team Meetings: shadowing the CEO in meetings to document process and outcomes, but also contributing as a valued member of the team - Creating Reports in Excel **Abilities**: - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and thrive without specific direction - Ability to “manage up,” helping keep executives organized and focused - Ability to take direction and work independently as needed. - Ability to quickly learn new software and technology - Ability to achieve results under tight deadlines - Ability to problem solve - Ability to prioritize **Skills & Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s Degree Required - 2+ years of administrative support in a fast-paced environment - Excellent Written and Verbal Communication (english) - Strong Excel Skills **How to Apply**:please complete our brief submission form: ** END OF JOB POST ** Pay: $6,819,750 - $9,093,000 per month
