We're seeking a detail-oriented Chatbot Specialist to shape how our customers interact with our brand through automated support. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing AI-driven conversations across customer support channels. Key responsibilities include: - Designing intuitive conversation flows (main paths, fallbacks, disambiguation, prompts) - Building and configuring structured dialogues in conversational AI platforms - Supporting chatbot release management across markets and languages - Creating and optimizing training data (utterances, intents, entities) - Monitoring NLU performance and implementing improvements - Analyzing chatbot metrics (resolution, containment, escalation, CSAT) and user feedback - Recommending and applying data-driven enhancements to flows, NLU models, and features - Participating in A/B testing and experimentation - Collaborating with UX/UI designers, engineers, developers, CS teams, PMs, and compliance - Documenting conversation designs, NLU logic, and processes Required skills include: - Proven experience in conversational design, chatbot development, or a similar role - Demonstrable experience in designing and building conversation flows for chatbots or virtual assistants - Solid understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) concepts - Experience with analyzing chatbot performance metrics and user feedback to drive improvements - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Benefits include: - A dynamic work environment where innovation thrives - Ongoing opportunities for professional growth and development As a pioneering team member, you'll contribute to shaping the future of customer interactions and making a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences.
