Job Description Location: Full remote, EU timezone (CET +/- 2 hours) Start Date: As soon as possible Languages: English required About the role We're looking for a hands-on Senior AE who knows how to hunt, close, and grow strategic accounts in the tech world. You’ll work with high-growth startups and tech companies to provide top-tier talent and consulting solutions, backed by a team that actually delivers. This isn’t your average sales role—expect autonomy, high expectations, and real impact. Responsabilities - Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, pitching, closing, and account expansion. - Build and manage a pipeline using modern outbound strategies (sequencing, automation, personalization) - Interact confidently with executives, founders, and technical leaders. - Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure client success. - Share information with the team. - Represent the company in a way that builds lasting trust and reputation. Requirements - Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive or similar role in tech staffing. - Strong track record in closing deals and owning revenue goals. - Fluent with modern sales tools: sequencing, outreach, CRM platforms (Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.) - Deep understanding of the tech ecosystem and how startups operate. - Portfolio of remote clients or experience building trusted, long-distance relationships. - Agile and adaptable – industry-agnostic, quick to understand new verticals. - Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, remote-first team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
