The United Firm | La Liga Defensora APC is seeking a proactive, people-oriented **Case Outcome and Client Experience Coordinator** to join our grow and maintain our firm's online reputation by reaching out to clients. The main objective will be to engage satisfied clients and encourage them to share their experiences through online reviews. This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, empathetic, and understands the value of social proof in building trust with potential clients. **Key Responsibilities** - Proactively contact clients to request online Google reviews. - Guide clients through the process of writing and posting reviews, provide support as needed. - Identify the best timing and approach outreach based on each case and client relationship - Maintain a database of contacted clients, responses, and review statuses - Collaborate with the legal team and intake team to identify which clients are most appropriate for outreach. - Monitor review platforms and compline regular reports on review volume, quality, and impact - Flag any negative feedback for internal review and follow-up **Qualifications**: Strong communication and people skills - friendly, tactful, persuasive - Experience in customer service, marketing, or client outreach preferred - Detail oriented and organized; able to manage follow-up cycles effectively - Comfortable working with review platforms and CRM tools - Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
