About This Role We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success professional to join our team at Tipalti. Key Responsibilities: - Gather complex customer requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for optimal client adoption. - Analyze data to identify business performance improvement opportunities and communicate findings effectively. - Build strong relationships with customers through proactive feedback collection, sharing, and actioning. - Work closely with Sales, Finance, Solutions Consultants, Onboarding, Support, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive collaboration and adoption. The Ideal Candidate: - 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Account Management roles, preferably in the SaaS space. - Expertise in building client relationships, managing risks, engaging stakeholders, onboarding and training, project planning, and forecasting. - Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Data Visualization tools (PowerBI). - Project forecasting, running customer training, and working within a collaborative team environment are key motivators. - Strong reporting and analytical skills with experience delivering actionable plans based on results.
