Key Responsibilities - Design strategic brand field marketing plans that unlock growth across markets, blending brand building with performance impact. - Partner closely with insights, growth, product, and media teams to create strategies that land with users and move the business needle. - Lead and brief teams at the level of structured, insightful, inspiring leadership. - Turn brand health trackers, market data, trends, and user signals into clear opportunities for brand and product growth. - Identify barriers, tensions, and passion points of users to shape messaging, campaigns, and innovation that matter. - Guide the creation of culturally relevant campaigns and initiatives that build love and drive sales. - Bring a sharp POV on media strategy - able to challenge plans, optimize mixes, and spot smart risks. - Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders with clarity, energy, and conviction. - Foster a culture of curiosity, empathy, and performance ambition within the team. Experience We're Looking For - 6-8 years of experience in brand strategy, planning, or marketing strategy - ideally in high-growth, fast-paced environments. - Proven experience developing integrated brand strategies across ATL, digital, content, and product. - Strong understanding of media, comms planning, and creative development. - Experience working with or within business stakeholders, creative/media agencies. - Familiar with brand health tracking, user research, and data-led brand decision-making. - Excellent storytelling and brief-writing skills.
