Responsibilities - Accept and manage wholesale orders across multiple platforms including but not limited to B2B marketplaces, Shopify, SPS Commerce track shipping, input tracking numbers, enter shipping costs - Generate purchase orders POs using Excel and send them to internal finance team, fulfillment center, and other applicable partners - Assist in organizing scattered retail files and product information into structured Google Drive folders - Clean up, manage, and update customer data sheets - Fill out onboarding forms and spreadsheets for new retail accounts - Maintain a clean, accessible library of product information and retail assets - Add new and existing customers to our store locator - Respond to basic inquiries and sample requests through Faire - Escalate complex messages to internal team - Assist in monitoring customer order volume during quarterly promotions - Keep promo tracking sheets up to date Descripción del trabajo Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet , consectetur adipiscing elit.
