Job Description We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our Rotating Equipment Division (RED) within the Equipment Consulting Services Department. RED provides high-level technical consultation and support to all company operating facilities, joint ventures, and major projects from early stages through startup. The Reliability Engineer will develop value-adding concepts and technologies to address corporate challenges and improve operations. The role also involves maintaining Saudi Aramco’s engineering standards and best practices for various types of rotating equipment. Key Responsibilities Provide guidance on complex reliability processes and equipment improvements, supported by detailed engineering analysis. Anticipate future challenges and develop reliability analyses to evaluate performance. Proactively identify potential system and equipment failures and implement risk mitigation strategies. Lead root cause analysis on systems and equipment critical to operations. Introduce and implement new technologies to enhance equipment reliability and performance. Provide technical guidance for designing reliability and maintenance metrics and KPIs. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. At least 20 years of experience in operations and maintenance. Experience in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry. Professional certification such as P.E. or C.Eng.
