Job Description The role of Cash Specialist involves processing payments for the department, analyzing payment trends, and identifying patterns to facilitate efficient collection. Key Responsibilities: - Process payments, including receiving and applying reverse payment receipt credits, checks, ACH, and credit cards. - Analyze payment trends and identify patterns to optimize cash application processes. - Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and disputes. - Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales Organization teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft products, such as Outlook, Excel, and Word, is also required.
