Job Responsibilities Active participation in strategy development in alignment with the BL New Food. Preparation and delivery of budgets and mid-term plans for Global NF OI, including business development, order intake, and sales. Accountability for targets such as Order Intake, Sales, Gross Margin, and EBITDA for GEA NF. Development and execution of the business plan for NF. Ensure filing of all legal and regulatory documents and monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Development and implementation of standards, controls, systems, procedures, and regular evaluations. Responsibility for sales, process engineering, sales support, and seamless handover to engineering. Fostering a work environment that recruits, retains, and supports quality staff. Defining accountabilities for management personnel and evaluating performance regularly. Aligning targets and securing support across business units, competence centers, divisions, and functions. Contributing to the development of GEA NF's strategic direction and initiatives. Implementing business unit strategic directions and initiatives relevant for BL NF. Supporting other strategic and corporate initiatives as required. Ensuring approval processes follow GEA guidelines, including CRM, E-approval, and PADB. Ensuring compliance processes follow GEA guidelines, including project management, procurement, QSHE, and business compliance. Engaging and championing the values, aspirations, and objectives of GEA and LPT NAM. Your Profile / Qualifications Ability to interpret and adapt regional strategies to the Business Unit, aligning with country responsibilities on development and strategic initiatives. Responsible for strategic alignment, mid-term planning, and prioritization of strategic initiatives within the BU. Monitoring and reviewing performance and compliance, adjusting capacity and capabilities accordingly. Engineering and business-related qualifications supported by significant work experience are required. Biotechnology or Mechanical Engineering degree or similar is required. Minimum of 10 years' experience in similar roles within biotech or food manufacturing. Experience in matrix organizations, especially influencing and leading without direct authority, is an advantage. Experience in international negotiation and contracting.
