The Investor Relations Manager will play a significant role ensuring that the relationships are maintained properly and that the goals from those relationships are met (equity raising and debt raising). This position will support the tracking, reporting, info sourcing, contract review and general efforts taking place in the IR area. The role involves sourcing and consolidating information from various business units, building and updating presentations, elaborating financial models, writing analysis documents, comprehending the interconnected environment of Rappi as a whole and much more. The FP&A; Manager reports directly to the Head of Investor Relations Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de: - Financial experts: Have the financial expertise to review managerial financials, financial statements, financial models, build financial models, understand equity raising, debt raising and their respective impacts on the business.- Become multi-disciplinary leaders: Develop close and deep relationships with different areas across the organization for information sourcing and multi-team work.- Elevate finance as a critical portion of the decision-making process: Develop investment frameworks, own the source of truth for investor and lender relationships, and make sure the IR area supports Rappi in data driven decision makin- Own Rappi’s investor and financing investor logs- Own the financing initiative tracker to have a view of all financing initiatives across Rappi- Support in keeping the IR information drive up to date to have all the information needed by investors or lenders in a single repository- Help construct and deliver reports in a timely fashion to executives, investors and lenders- Collaborate with the treasury department to map out our existing financial obligation to lower our cost of funding and constantly improve our cash flow and financial health- Develop precise models and methodologies to comprehensively analyze different opportunities we might have, the benefits and risks of each of them and provide your opinion on how to proceed- Support the different IR needs that might arise over time Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- At least 4 years of experience in finance, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity- Profound understanding of financial statements- Proficiency in developing complex financial models- Extensive project management skills- Proven experience managing conflicting priorities and multiple stakeholders.- Exceptional communication skills.
