Create technical requirements, software design specifications, and architectural artifacts. Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Work primarily in the middle tier/backend service layer of the architecture, with a plus for experience across other layers of the software stack. Stay updated with tools, trends, and technologies in the FinTech space. Must Have 2+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience. Experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Postgres. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and collaboration with QA automation engineers. Basic experience with cloud applications on Amazon AWS (EC2, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, SQS). Solid understanding of API and architectural concepts (REST, Microservices, MVC). Experience with Git, Jira, and Confluence. Experience working in Agile or Lean methodologies. Ability to thrive in a startup environment with heavy workload and less structure. Nice to Haves Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Upper-Intermediate English level.
