We're Hiring: Client Onboarding Officer - Colombia We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Onboarding Officer to join our team! What You’ll Do: • Review and verify client documentation (individual & corporate) • Manage KYC queues, follow-ups via Outlook and Teams • Process onboarding-related Jira tickets within SLA • Collaborate with Sales and Compliance to resolve gaps in client data • Perform World Check screenings and risk assessments • Maintain accurate CRM records and support system updates • Monitor client profiles for compliance red flags • Support 2FA resets and other onboarding-related account actions • Contribute to SOP updates and internal training initiatives What We’re Looking For: • Strong understanding of KYC and AML practices • Experience onboarding both retail and corporate clients (preferred) • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., FXBO), Jira, Teams, and Outlook • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese Perks & Benefits: At Doo Group, we believe in recognizing and rewarding our people.
