What You'll Do with "Our Training and Your Experience" The Service Account Executive will generate new Customer Support Program service agreements (CSPs) by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones. Success depends on capturing new logos, selling CSPs to current customers, and renewing, upselling, and cross-selling across service segments. You will tailor solutions from our extensive service offerings to various buying groups such as CIOs, VPs, Directors of Facilities/Security, and Procurement. Develop Pipeline: Engage decision makers to assess needs, agree on business cases, and establish decision timelines. Expected result: Pipeline exceeds target by a 3:1 ratio. Proposal Construction: Create compelling proposals including quotes and business cases demonstrating our unique qualifications. Presenting & Closing: Present proposals, manage objections, and negotiate final decisions promptly. Market Focus: Identify and develop opportunities within specific markets and geographies. Solution Focus: Develop pipelines for specific service solutions, including maintenance, SaaS, and managed services. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work with colleagues and partners to craft and deliver winning proposals. Manage Accounts: Maintain and grow relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting revenue targets. Establish and Measure Market Awareness: Attend industry events, deliver presentations, and participate in associations to generate new opportunities. Perform other duties as required. What You'll Need You should excel at consultative selling, generating leads through cold calling, research, and networking. You should have a proven full-cycle sales record, be collaborative, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
