Job Purpose: Firstline of support to Site Managers, Accounting, Asset management, andproperty owners. Complete lease administration, including thepayment process. Manage multiple projects/activities that includetracking for all the BU requests. Consolidate data, create, andprovide reporting to senior management. Monitor compliance ofcorporate programs and processes. Fully understand corporate realestate responsibilities and functions, real estate strategies, andthe blending of these with functional and corporate objectives. Your Tasks: 1. Communication with sites for notices from landlords.2. Give visibility for next expirations and important appointmentsinside and outside Commercial Real Estate. 3. Develop and maintaina central repository of facility data and information. 4. Lead costsavings initiatives program, submitting ideas, supporting theimplementation of initiatives, and tracking savings. 5. Develop anddeploy consolidated reporting, analyze reports, and provide summaryto end-user and senior management. 6. Manage customer-centricityprojects as assigned. 7. Monitor CREA Landlord mailbox &process; requests. 8. Prepare & distribute monthly reports. 9. Support lease interpretation & analytical reviews. 10. Maintainand validate documentation: SOP's, job aids, process flows,contingency plans, and Period-end timetables. 11. Ensure thefinancial accounts (balance sheets, P&L;, and Notes) are kept inline with IFRS16, LEAP Coordinators, DHL Group policy, andguidelines, and the DHL Regional Business Unit Operating Model. Your Profile: 1. Bachelor’s degree in administration or related. 2. Technical and maintenance training/knowledge. 3. Englishproficiency (Medium). 4. 1-3 years of relevant Commercial, LeaseAdministration, Corporate Real Estate experience. 5. Proven recordof providing excellent internal and external customer service. 6. Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability. 7. Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
