As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the procurement of technology goods and services. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of technology sourcing professionals, ensuring alignment with operational goals and objectives. - Develop and implement sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, quality, efficiency, and delivery performance. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support of sourcing initiatives. - Maintain strong relationships with current and future technology suppliers. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Fully bilingual in English & Spanish is a must. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Professional certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP). - Experience working in a shared services environment.
