This team is a key clearinghouse for sales data, working to aggregate and analyze data across multiple systems to drive operational efficiency and sales strategy. This role will work closely with multiple internal customers (Marketing, Sales, SFDC, Product Management) to manage and maintain data across the company. This role will be an individual contributor and report to the Senior Manager, Business Insights.Primary responsibilities will include:Administering a PostgreSQL databaseManaging and creating data sets available through multiple systems and SalesforceAutomating and refreshing reports and dashboards in a BI Tool through queriesDriving improvements to data quality and data availability by analyzing existing data and data setsProviding systems best practices recommendations to enhance efficiency and overall data quality of our systemsAligning reports to business objectives and key resultsThe Candidate:Required skills/qualifications:At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce, large data sets, and creating/maintaining PowerBI dashboardsAt least 5 years of experience with data analysis, process improvement, and sales analyticsExperience with relational and non-relational databases and SQLProblem solver with a can-do attitude willing to go above and beyond to deliver data solutions for our internal customersStrong communicator and ability to work both individually and as a team to complete tasksAbility to manage multiple and competing prioritiesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or other related fieldsStrong attention to detailFluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or abovePreferred skills/qualifications:Management consulting experience or other relevant experience providing data-driven business insights to sales and other business leadersMarketing experience is preferredThis job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
