Supporting the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) through ICITAP, Amentum provides specialized training, advisory, and mentoring services to host nations. POSITION SUMMARY: Seeking a qualified Law Enforcement Advisor/Instructor (Project Coordinator) in Colombia to assist U.S. and Colombian government programs, facilitate training and mentoring, and ensure training needs for the Colombia National Police and other stakeholders are met. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as law enforcement expert supporting ICITAP projects and liaising with external parties. Maintain knowledge of the project and ensure training needs are addressed. Develop understanding of project issues, analyze data, and improve stakeholder relationships. Develop and implement capacity-building programs for the Department of Justice. Coordinate with GOC and subject matter experts for conferences and events. Design work plans, oversee program execution, and ensure compliance. Engage with GOC stakeholders, draft reports, and brief teams. Manage activities and coordinate with project teams and embassy offices. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as International Relations or Business Administration. 10-15 years of experience in training program coordination and project management. Fluent in Spanish (Level 4). Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Public Trust clearance (US citizenship required). DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Same as above, emphasizing experience in complex project management and coordination.
