The organization delivers distinctive high-quality performance through cost-effective solutions via selfless commitment under the strict confines of three guiding tenets; All Owns All, Let No Team Member Fail, and Integrity Before Profit. **This is a full-time on-site role for SDR's be located in Barranquilla or Medellin.** **Job Summary**: **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Prospect, secure & on-board new logistics customers, across multiple industries. - Expand Core’s customer base relative to open deck, van, reefer, LTL & FTL transfers. - Negotiate competitive & profitable customer rates driven by load specifics & market conditions. - Build, lead & drive a collaborative internal operations team around all new & assigned customers. - Provide awesome levels of customer responsiveness and retention. **Requirements**: - Advanced English proficiency. - At least 1 year of experience in Field Sales and Account Management within the Transportation/Logistics or Brokerage industries - Advanced knowledge in the freight industry. - Successful experience in sales, preferably in a cold-calling and appointment-setting role. - Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude. - Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. - English C1 or above level mandatory. - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels. - Minimum of 1 year of logistics sales experience with a proven track record of success. - Self-motivated professional with outstanding sales, communication & relationship-building skills. - Sense of urgency, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for driving business growth. - Predisposition for succeeding within a corporate culture driven by teamwork and collaboration. - Ability to think creatively and adapt to evolving market dynamics. **INCENTIVES**: - Industry-leading Salary - Contract type: Permanent. - Driven by US Calendar - 2 Weeks Paid Vacation Annually - Encouraging and Collaborative Team Environment **Please Note**: To ensure a thorough review process, we kindly request that all CVs be submitted in English.
