Job Description Collaborate with the Brand Team and In-Field Team members, facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions (with Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and non-HCP stakeholders), and synthesize insights to identify target segments, determine brand positioning, drive Close Loop Marketing engagement and customization, and populate the Brand Plan Insights Chapter. Secure input and cross-stakeholder viewpoints to develop a robust and accurate Patient Journey; propose strategic objectives based on Patient Journey findings, and critique Brand Team strategies to ensure patient-centricity. Ensure all deliverables are consistent with branding and communicate emotional messages aligned with the Brand Story. Guide the design and implementation of marketing activities, including innovative tactics, traditional and non-traditional partnerships, multi-channel opportunities, and multi-stakeholder initiatives to meet strategic brand objectives. Align all in-field materials, strategies, and tactics to drive momentum of brand objectives. Lead the development of marketing inputs for the Strategic Brand Plan, consolidate the 1-year Tactical Brand Plan, and coordinate the Long Range Plan to ensure brand success. Develop, lead, and coach direct reports (if applicable); forecast and monitor brand KPIs; manage budgets and brand P&L (if applicable); and track ROI for marketing activities to achieve or surpass objectives. If applicable, lead the Brand Team around a shared vision and objectives; ensure contributions to the Brand strategy through the Brand Planning process, involving multiple functions as relevant. Encourage collaboration and team spirit among Brand Team members; organize, chair, and facilitate team meetings; and take responsibility for activities and processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Proven success in marketing within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry. Ability to translate strategies into actionable marketing plans. Leadership skills to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams. Knowledge of the healthcare environment and its evolving landscape. Understanding of strategic and tactical marketing principles, including digital marketing. Knowledge of finance principles and processes. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written (for non-English speaking countries). Preferred: Successful marketing track record within Pharma & FMCG industries; immunology experience is a plus. Successful sales record within biotech/pharmaceutical or related industries.
