As a **Customer Service Sales Representative**, you will drive business growth by expanding our client base and promoting our diverse language services. **Responsibilities**: - **Outbound Sales Calls**:Make cold calls to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our language services and generating opportunities for business collaboration. - **Inbound Sales Support**: Respond to incoming calls from prospective customers by providing detailed information about our products, pricing, and benefits. - **Scripted Presentations**: Use carefully written scripts to deliver compelling presentations that highlight the distinct features and benefits of our language solutions. - **Customer Needs Analysis**:Use effective questioning techniques to understand customers' specific requirements and tailor our offerings to meet their language-related needs. - **Complaint Resolution**: Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and protecting the company's reputation. - Keep accurate and detailed records of all calls, sales transactions, and others. **Qualifications**: - Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficient in English (Professional level). - Proficient in negotiating and dealing with complaints. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
