About the role As a Sales Data Analytics Expert | Andean Region , you'll lead advanced analytics to drive strategic insights and improve profitability. You'll analyze data to create actionable solutions and will be key in standardizing reporting and creating compelling dashboards for the commercial team. Your role also involves automating processes using tools like Domo, Sigma, and Snowflake to streamline data-driven decision-making across the region. Main Responsibilities: Reporting and Analysis: Direct the preparation of monthly Sell-Out and Days of Inventory (DOI) reports. Analyze diverse data sources to identify trends and generate actionable insights that help improve key performance indicators (KPIs). Innovation and Efficiency: Lead the development of advanced analytical models and visualizations to support strategic decisions. Drive operational efficiency for the commercial team by leveraging AI and introducing innovative processes. Data and Process Management: Standardize data management processes across the Andean region. Manage the tracking and uploading of new products (SKUs) and serve as the main point of contact for external data providers, ensuring a seamless data flow. Support audits by ensuring compliance with required standards. Strategic Communication: Provide clear, data-driven analysis to management to support strategic decision-making. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Marketing, Economy, International Business or Statistics.
