Job Summary We’re looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the stability, quality, and reliability of a robust web-based Media Kit platform. This role is key to validating workflows across multiple user roles and devices, supporting both manual and automated testing practices. You’ll work closely with developers, contribute to bug triaging, and take ownership of test planning, regression coverage, and integration validation. The ideal candidate is hands-on, methodical, and experienced in testing dynamic web applications. Responsibilities - Write and maintain detailed test plans covering all major workflows: editor, viewer, admin, and internal tools - Execute end-to-end and integration testing for key features like autosave, publish queue, and CRM sync - Perform cross-browser and cross-device UI validation, including caching and role-based access scenarios - Support and enhance automated test suites using tools like Cypress or Playwright - Collaborate with developers to investigate bugs and ensure proper coverage of fixes - Document and update regression test cases; conduct exploratory testing as needed - Validate data sync accuracy and publishing lifecycle logic - Assist in defining QA best practices across the team Qualifications and Job Requirements - Proven experience in manual and automated QA for web applications - Proficiency with Cypress, Playwright, or similar test automation frameworks - Experience in API testing, integration validation, and data sync workflows - Strong skills in documenting test cases, creating regression suites, and exploratory testing - Familiarity with UI testing across browsers/devices and RBAC validation - Excellent communication and collaboration skills What We Offer - 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
