NCHC is recruiting for a GS Transformation Lead, Director with their Finance Operations, A&D; and Transformation organization. The Finance Operations, A&D;, and Transformation Team is responsible for enterprise transformation & governance, portfolio management, PMO coordination, A&D; activities, and solutions, deployment & implementation of cross-functional initiatives that accelerate value realization and enable delivery of enterprise objectives. This role will report to the Senior Director, Global Services, Acquisition, Divestiture and Transformation Leader in the Finance organization. The role supports the Senior Director leading and managing the Enterprise A&D; and Transformation office. This role is responsible for the leading assessment, mobilization, design, and/or execution of large-scale programs in A&D;, Transformation, or scope expansion. **Core responsibilities** - Lead A&D; Center of Excellence and NCHC exit planning and execution for select functions - Manage and create pipeline of transformation, new scope expansion, and other value creation opportunities in partnership with functional leads. Manage overall resourcing strategy for program and/or portfolio - Partner with functions to provide thought leadership and TMO best practices to leverage cross-functional strategies/levers in support of functional objectives. Provide guidance and facilitation support as required on organization design, value case generation, program mobilization - For new opportunities/projects, interacts with functional leaders to establish approach, interaction model, team structure. May directly lead cross—functional, A&D;, scope expansion or transformation project or select phases with responsibility for assessment and design processes, governance, risk management, value case - Oversee development and management framework, playbooks and processes for core Transformation Office processes including but not limited to A&D;, Scope expansion, value tracking, governance, and org design - Manage external vendors for program(s) and/or portfolio - Manage cross-functional interactions for program(s) and/or portfolio including integration with CMC, HR to ensure integrated approach for program and portfolio across people, process, technology dimensions - Define/manage tollgate process including deployment approaches/strategy alignment and exit criteria for run-state - Attract, integrate and retain a highly competent, motivated and diverse team. **Qualifications** Position Requirements**: - A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain or related degree. - 10 yrs of experience in global business services or related corporate function (HR, Procurement, IT, Finance, Supply Chain) - Acquisition & Divestiture experience - Strong financial acumen and ability to lead value case creation - Demonstrated leadership experience in developing and deploying new capabilities/processes - Demonstrated ability to work across functional and geographic boundaries - Prior people management experience including a proven track record of developing high performing teams in a matrixed environment and leading change through ambiguity and complexity - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned activities, while managing complexity and ambiguity - Demonstrated ability in budget management and understanding of complex organizati
