Title And Summary Director, Account Management LAC Overview This Director role is a regional role, for the Latin America and Caribbean division As a Director in the Retail, Travel and Commerce team you will be challenged with identifying new opportunities within a portfolio of key regional accounts within the retail and commerce segment. This includes on-boarding new customers, defining and executing an account Strategy, identifying cross-sell and 1:many opportunities; all with the objective of revenue diversification and digital payments expansion. As key member of this LAC Business Development team, you are required to prepare account plans, support the development and execution of account strategies, structuring proposals and manage the execution activities relating to the activation of new products, joint reselling and marketing activity or service with the customer. Other Responsibilities Manage a set of strategic Regional and Global: retailers, airlines, and other commerce platforms Responsible for setting sales strategies as it relates to customer accounts that are aligned with geography strategy and achieving sales goals that drive market share, volume and revenue growth Drive new revenue through existing account expansion and new account development Be the voice of Mastercard drive thought leadership and support our customers plans Develop reseller and 1 to many approaches, scaling the offer and distribution of our products and solutions Partners with customers to deliver customized solutions and comprehensive consulting support Analyzes the customer’s business through profitability modeling financial forecasting and competitive analysis Leads projects and cross-functional initiatives All About You Have experience in the retail and commerce space, airline experience preferred Experience in loyalty and cobrand programs preferred.
