HR TRANSFORMATION AND STRATEGY EXECUTION Lead the end-to-end redesign of HR LATAM, pivoting from transactional support to business enablement. Architect and deploy operating blueprints across countries with embedded KPIs, governance, and delivery milestones. Own transformation PMO and ensure execution is tracked, measured, and course-corrected monthly. Align transformation pace with local labor compliance and business rhythm, minimizing disruption. 2. M&A INTEGRATION AND VALUE CAPTURE Serve as the HR Integration Lead on all LATAM M&A transactions and divestitures. Own people due diligence, cultural risk mitigation, and organizational cost synergy modeling. Lead all Day 1 readiness, Day 100 execution, and value tracking dashboards. Sit on LATAM Integration Committee and co-own value realization outcomes with Strategy, Corporate Development and Finance. 3. HR SHARED SERVICES & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE Expand LATAM HR Shared Services hub in Bogotá to support all HR transactional activity by 2026. Design and implement SOPs, SLAs, case management systems, and cost dashboards. Drive automation, digitization, and agile workforce practices to unlock scale and flexibility. Track digital KPIs: self-service adoption, resolution time, automation coverage rate. 4. DATA, GOVERNANCE & CHANGE LEADERSHIP Implement region-wide HR data taxonomy, job architecture, and policy harmonization. Own change adoption tracking: employee readiness, engagement scores, and adoption timelines. Ensure alignment with Employer Branding, ID&E, and Engagement to deliver a unified "One SGS" experience. 5. RISK, COMPLIANCE & BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP Guarantee HR compliance across transitions; proactively identify labor and organizational risks. Serve as the strategic HR partner to Commercial and Ops, embedding workforce planning into growth scenarios. Act as business-minded leader who challenges local resistance and accelerates decision-making. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or related field. MBA or Master’s in Organizational Strategy, Business Transformation, or Change Management strongly preferred. Relevant certifications: PMP, Prosci (Change Management), Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), SHRM-SCP, or HRCI-SPHRi preferred. 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR Strategy, HR Operations, M&A Integration, Shared Services, or Organizational Transformation within multinational corporations. Proven leadership of cross-border, high-speed integration or transformation programs. Demonstrated experience leading integrations valued at $20M+ or involving 200+ headcount. Track record of value creation via HR restructuring or operational model redesign. Strong financial acumen and ability to model, track, and forecast ROI of HR initiatives. Purpose of the Position: The LATAM HR Integration & Transformation Leader is a mission-critical role tasked with driving the transformation of the HR function in Latin America from a decentralized, operational model into a high-impact, standardized, and scalable people function—fully aligned with the region’s exponential business growth targets for 2025–2027. This role’s purpose is to ensure strategic integration, value capture, and operational excellence across all human capital aspects of new business integrations, shared services expansion, and organizational transformation. By establishing robust governance, scalable operating models, and standardized processes, this role will directly unlock bottom line results, standardize operations at scale, and accelerate the transition of HR into a value-driving growth enabler across Latin America. This role has both strategic and operational authority to mobilize resources, lead transformation PMOs, and serve as the regional HR voice in all M&A, restructuring, and shared services decisions. This role will operate with dual accountability—delivering HR transformation targets, while actively contributing to revenue and margin acceleration through workforce agility, synergies, and shared services scale-up. This role is not about incremental HR improvement. It is about enabling SGS LATAM to: Capture the full value of strategic acquisitions Rebuild HR as a platform that can scale with the business Standardize and professionalize operations to unlock efficiency and agility Build repeatable models for integration and transformation that are regionally owned and globally aligned With change comes cultural risk. This role ensures: People experience is intentionally designed and protected during transitions, reducing attrition and resistance. Employee transfers, onboarding, and change communications are handled with clarity, empathy, and credibility.
