We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated **Account Manager **to join the team, that will be responsible for managing the relationship of the company's development teams and customers. He/she will be in charge of maintaining a proper flujo of communication with all parties, aligning the team with customer expectations, and ensuring that team members are being productive and attentive to any needs or developments that may arise. **Your Functions, Duties, and Tasks as a Lean Tech Warrior**: - Communicate consistently and clearly with the customer to gather all of their requirements, leaving organized records and ensuring that all involved are aligned with the information. - Follow up daily on each account to ensure that all efforts are effectively directed to meet customer expectations. - Provide feedback from customers, developers, and any other relevant parties to ensure continuous improvement of the account. - Manage all staff requests and needs by following the regular pipeline and leaving organized records. - Deliver timely and effective action plans to resolve any negative impacts the account may encounter. - Ensure that all IT initiatives related to customer services are met in suficient time. - Lead other IT staff in actualizing the company's objective towards improved service delivery. - Supervise and manage the activities of other IT staff members to ensure that all work conforms to the organization's established procedures. - Coordinate the attention and resolution of problems and requirements of a technological nature from customers. - Attend activities, meetings, and events coordinated by your team and/or by the company, in which your participation is required. - Attend meetings or events organized by project leaders, clients, or external entities that require their participation. - Maintain constant communication with colleagues and project leaders. - Attend in-person or virtual meetings, training, and activities scheduled by the company, which contribute to the performance of their duties and their professional development. - Participate when necessary in the face-to-face visit made by a client or meeting requested by the Account Manager or direct leader. **Why We’ll Love You**: - Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related areas. - Intermediate level of English (B2). - 1 or more years of experience in IT project management. - 2 or more years of specific experience as an Account Manager. - Experience in business and IT strategy. - Knowledge of related software tools. - Scrum, and ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred. - A results-oriented approach, customer-centric mindset, excellent organizational and leadership skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, ability to manage clear communication with customers and team members, advanced conflict resolution skills, and excellent negotiation skills. - We are more than a company; we are warriors working daily to change the world through technology._
