Senior OEM Program Success Manager Job Summary The Senior OEM Program Success Manager plays a crucial role in establishing strong relationships with OEM partners and their dealer network. This position requires exceptional communication, adaptability, and strategic thinking skills to drive platform usage and adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Training: Develop and deliver training programs for OEM internal and external facing teams to support the enterprise solution. - Dealer Adoption: Drive dealer adoption and utilization of the Tekion platform post-implementation. - OEM Projects: Identify scope, timeline, and necessary stakeholders for OEM Enterprise Projects. - Integration Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, Finance, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver new integrations. - Project Management: Create timelines in alignment with OEM and internal product/engineering teams to meet agreed-upon delivery dates. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive project success together with OEM partner, dealer partners, and develop strategies to avoid and overcome blockers. - Data Analysis: Analyze dealer partner data to improve customer experience. - Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure. - Process Optimization: Work with other departments to identify opportunities for increasing efficiency or improving workflow processes within the organization based on analysis. - Solution Development: Suggest new solutions or products to improve OEM and dealer partners' operations. - Customer Needs Anticipation: Anticipate customer needs based on projects in the pipeline. Requirements and Qualifications To excel as an OEM Success Manager, you must possess: - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Adaptability - Strategic Thinking - Persuasive Communication - Frequent Change Adaptability - Customer Service Experience - Knowledge of Customer Success Processes - Highly Organized and Detailed - Able to Travel (25-50%) within the USA Preferred Skills Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and strong leadership skills are preferred.
