About the Job As a RST Process Engineer at our organization, you will be responsible for participating in project planning from the TG2 phase, embedding operational requirements early. You will collaborate with the Project Manager to determine when full-time OIL dedication is required. Attend Product Development Team (PDT) meetings from Request for Start (RFS). Lead the Manufacturing Readiness Checklist (MRC), ensuring all checkpoints are addressed. Support Run @ Station Test (RST) to ensure machines meet quality and performance standards. Deliver a Control Plan at Product Qualification (PQ) approval. Update PLAIN documentation, conduct Gap Analysis and Root Cause Analysis. Develop Running-In Curves, Budget, and detailed Running-In (RI) plan. Develop and implement a Training Plan, including SOPs and OPLs for affected functions. Integrate Industry 4.0 devices into operations. Develop and validate the Maintenance Plan. Ensure timely delivery, checking, and obsolescence management of spare parts. Lead a 2–4-person OIL team in data collection, testing, and training. Foster a culture of engagement, ownership, and continuous improvement.
