One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Corporate Controller in Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia. Accountabilities: - Oversee financial reporting and accounting across all business entities and currencies - Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation processes - Lead accurate and timely month-end and year-end close procedures - Ensure compliance with international and local tax regulations, including transfer pricing and intercompany agreements - Drive continuous improvement in financial operations, internal controls, and ERP system optimization - Lead annual audits and regulatory inspections in multiple jurisdictions - Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product launches and revenue models - Mentor and manage a globally distributed finance team, fostering a high-performance culture - 12+ years of experience in accounting and finance, including multi-jurisdictional and multi-currency environments - 8+ years in leadership roles managing cross-functional and remote teams - In-depth knowledge of IFRS, with strong understanding of local standards such as Mexican NIF - Experience in international tax compliance, audits, and transfer pricing structures - Background in crypto accounting or fintech environments is a plus - Proven success implementing and customizing ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) - Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in financial reporting - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills - Deep experience with Mexican financial regulations, with knowledge of Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia being highly valued - Unlimited paid time off through the Me Time program - Remote-first work environment across Latin America - Employee Stock Option Program - Zero trading fees on crypto platform access - 4-month paid family leave for all parents, including adoptive - Premium health, dental, and life insurance in supported countries - Monthly wellness stipend for fitness, learning, and lifestyle perks - Opportunities for exponential professional growth in a fast-moving industry Jobgether hiring process disclaimer This job is posted on behalf of one of our partner companies.
