About the Role As a Senior BDR, you’ll be responsible for executing outbound cold calling campaigns, following the company’s proven outreach process, and delivering a consistent flow of qualified meetings for clients. You’ll also be expected to handle more complex accounts, follow up with warm leads, and support your Team Lead by mentoring newer BDRs. Complete the short 20-minute test and submit your resume and audio recording using this link: https://app.testgorilla.com/s/p92g7wfy Key Responsibilities - Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to generate qualified meetings with decision-makers at B2B companies. - Follow the company’s outreach process precisely, including required call structures, scripts, and objection handling. - Log all activities, notes, and outcomes accurately in the CRM for transparent client reporting. - Complete all required post-meeting booking steps, including sending confirmation emails, introducing the client, and sharing gifting links when applicable. - Follow up with warm leads that have been contacted previously to maintain engagement and increase conversion opportunities. - Communicate with clients in real-time regarding meeting qualification, scheduling, and handoff to ensure smooth transitions. - Support the Team Lead by mentoring new BDRs, sharing best practices, and providing feedback on lists, scripts and talk tracks. - Collaborate with the Team Lead to ensure you always have a steady pipeline of qualified contacts to dial. - Stay sharp on client messaging and provide field-level feedback on prospect reactions and common objections. What We’re Looking For - Minimum 2 years of experience as a B2B BDR/SDR in cold calling environments. - Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting booking targets. - Detail-oriented with strong CRM discipline and process adherence. - Skilled in objection handling, building rapport quickly, and securing commitment from prospects. - Fast learner who can adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and client requirements. - Works well with others and fosters a positive team environment. - Strong at building rapport and conveying ideas effectively - Confident and persuasive in interactions with both prospects and clients. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. - Familiarity with Slack, Coda, Calendly, HubSpot, and Nooks (or similar sales/operations tools) is a plus.
