Develop/optimize workflows, procedures, and best practices for bookkeeping, tax, and CFO services. Identify automation opportunities to streamline financial operations. Support business development by refining service offerings and strategic planning. Manage/mentor bookkeeping team (ensure accuracy in client deliverables). Oversee tax team (timely/compliant tax return prep, quality control). Resolve escalated client issues (complex financial concerns). Train team on financial analysis, reporting accuracy, and efficiency . Help expand CFO services (financial insights, strategic advice). Review P&L, Balance Sheets , and ensure clients understand financial health. Provide cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting . Advise on tax planning, operational efficiencies, and best practices . Collaborate with clients/teams for accurate reporting and decision-making . Ensure financial accuracy/compliance across client accounts. Review tax returns and identify strategic tax planning opportunities. Work with tax preparers/CPAs to align tax strategies with financial plans. Implement GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards. CPA preferred (or equivalent experience in a U.S.-based accounting firm ). QuickBooks Online Certified (3–5 years of hands-on experience). Strong background in bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax strategy . Experience managing bookkeeping teams (reviewing work for accuracy). Remote work with U.S. firms is a plus. Ability to analyze financial statements and provide CFO-level insights . Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills . Key leadership role in a fast-growing firm .
