As an Account Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. You will represent the company in global markets, promoting our Learning Management System (LMS) solutions and learning technology consulting services. Your efforts will focus on both strategic business development and customer relationship management to support long-term revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients in education, corporate, and government sectors. Lead client outreach and communication in English and Spanish across global regions, including North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to generate new business and meet revenue targets. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; ensure all interactions and data are accurately recorded in the CRM system. Conduct competitor and market analysis to uncover new opportunities. Participate in webinars, events, and meetings to gather insights and expand the client base. Support leadership in identifying government grants, credits, and certifications beneficial for business growth. Continuously develop skills in relevant technologies including Moodle LMS, LearnWorlds LMS, SCORM, Articulate Rise, integrations, and current learning tech trends. Client Relationship Management Maintain and grow strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Handle client communications with professionalism and responsiveness within 24-48 hours, especially for commercial, invoice-related, and service inquiries. Ensure smooth contract renewals, invoicing, and client account management. Sales Operations Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored to client needs. Negotiate contract terms and close deals, following pricing guidelines set by management. Track sales performance, KPIs, and report regularly on sales activities and revenue achievements. Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, PM, Tech, Design, and Leadership) to ensure effective client onboarding and project execution. Follow up with project managers and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely and successful delivery of services and deliverables. Qualifications: Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in education technology or learning platforms. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. Strong understanding of LMS platforms and e-learning technologies is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with a commitment to keeping CRM and documentation up to date. Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with tools such as Moodle, LearnWorlds, Articulate Rise, and knowledge of SCORM standards is a plus.
