Descripcióndel empleo Mission Of The Position As the LATAM Corporate AffairsLead, you will serve as a strategic business enabler, responsiblefor enhancing SGS’s license to operate, shaping externalnarratives, and proactively mitigating political, regulatory, andreputational risks that could impact business continuity andexpansion. This role builds institutional trust and unlocks marketaccess by positioning SGS as a credible sustainability andinnovation leader in public policy, ESG, and industry dialogue. Itplays a crucial role in supporting M&A; readiness, navigatingexpansion in sensitive markets, and accelerating strategicpartnerships with key stakeholders. This role is critical inenabling the execution of the company’s business strategy byensuring SGS is positioned as a thought leader and credible partnerin discussions that impact the TIC industry. Key Responsibilities -Design and execute SGS LATAM’s public affairs and stakeholderinfluence strategy aligned with regional growth and regulatoryroadmaps. - Build coalitions and alliances with government bodies,regulators, ESG influencers, and industry associations tostrengthen SGS’s position. - Provide strategic insight intopolitical, social, and regulatory developments affecting marketentry, operations, or M&A; feasibility. - Lead reputation riskmanagement and proactively coordinate issue/crisis communicationwith Global and LATAM Executive Committees. - Support executivevisibility through high-impact events, public representation,speeches, and media strategy across top LATAM markets. - Monitorpolicy developments and ESG-related legislation and translate theminto risk mitigation strategies or growth opportunities. - KeyPerformance Indicators (KPIs): - % of strategic business prioritiessupported by stakeholder alliances - Number of risks mitigatedrelated to political/regulatory constraints - Stakeholder trustindex improvement across LATAM countries - Speed of issueescalation and resolution - Impact generated by executive thoughtleadership and public presence Requisitos - Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Communications, orrelated field. - 8+ years in corporate affairs, regulatoryengagement, or public policy. - Deep understanding of LATAMpolitical and regulatory dynamics. - Track record of enablingmarket access and risk mitigation through stakeholder engagement. -High-level communication and influence skills; experiencerepresenting at executive forums.
