As we grow, we’re looking for a talented and creative Social Media Video Editor to help bring our brand to life through engaging, high-impact video content. About the Role: We're seeking a video editor who lives and breathes social media — someone who can turn raw footage into thumb-stopping, trend-savvy content that performs across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You'll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to elevate our brand voice through video, helping to tell stories that connect, educate, and inspire. Responsibilities: Edit short-form video content for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) Transform raw footage into compelling, scroll-stopping content that aligns with Lion Pose’s brand identity Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, and music to enhance videos Stay on top of video trends, audio, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on campaign concepts and content needs Have 2+ years of experience editing social-first video content (especially for beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands) Are fluent in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar Have a strong understanding of aspect ratios, pacing, and storytelling for social Are obsessed with TikTok, Reels, and emerging content trends Can work quickly and flexibly, balancing multiple projects with tight deadlines Have a strong visual eye and understand beauty/skincare aesthetics Bonus: Motion graphics or animation skills Why Work with Lion Pose: Be part of a growing brand that’s inclusive, forward-thinking, and founded by women of color Work remotely with a collaborative, kind, and creative team Opportunity to shape the look and feel of a brand that champions clinical skincare for all To Apply: Send us your resume, portfolio or reel, and a quick note about your favorite skincare trend right now.
